Breeze was born out of a love for clean and colorful, simplistic design with function. We opened our doors in 2011 in Chappaqua New York. With an emphasis on entertaining, we filled our shelves with beautiful gifts for the quintessential hostess or the young bride looking to add unique products to her registry. We strive to offer a selection of items that are both unique and exquisite. We mix well reknown brands such as Juliska and Vietri with younger brands such as Scout , Lafco and Jellycat. Founder, Susan Maher, grew up in Concord, Massachusets and spent most of her career working for Crate and Barrel in both the Boston and New York markets. There, surrounded by beautiful and sleek design, she honed her merchandising, design and store management skills. After taking 10 years off to be at home with her two beautiful children, she longed to get back to the retail world. Following the financial crisis in 2008, she saw many retail spaces in her town of Chappaqua become vacant and the dream of opening her own store started to evolve. By 2011 stores began opening in town again and at 1 King Street she opened the doors to the crisp blue lined store filled with color and exquisite designs for the tabletop and home.
