You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. Merchandise must be returned in original shipping packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns may also be made in person to any of our locations for no additional fee.
We will initiate the store credit process immediately after we receive the merchandise back in original condition. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we have received and processed the returned item(s).

Currently we are shipping within the Continental United States only. Shipping prices reflect this but you may contact Breeze at 914-238-1900 if you would like us to ship internationally and we can obtain a separate shipping quote. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping fees and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We currently ship UPS and calculate shipping fees based on your order total before tax. Please note - shipments can not be accepted at Post Office boxes. Shipping fees are outlined below:
